Staff
The Staff Module in Nettware’s HR platform provides a central location for managing all employee-related information. It gives HR teams, managers, and authorized users a structured and comprehensive view of staff profiles, from contract details to leave tracking and compliance qualifications.
Staff Profiles
Each employee has a dedicated profile containing key employment and operational data, including:
Contract Type – Permanent, temporary, freelance, or other
Position / Job Role – Current title or operational role within the organization
Start Date – Date the employee officially began their role
Probation Period – Duration and status of the probation (if applicable)
Holiday Allowance – Annual leave entitlement with real-time tracking of usage and balance
Purchasing Thresholds – If applicable, defines the monetary limit staff are authorized to approve or spend on purchases
Leave Management
The module includes built-in tools to manage:
Annual leave requests and approvals
Sick leave, parental leave, unpaid leave, and other absence types
Automated leave balances and calendar views for team planning
Notifications and approval flows for managers
Compliance & Training Records
Track staff certifications, mandatory training, and compliance requirements:
Store expiry dates, renewal alerts, and training history
Attach digital documents or certificates
Ensure your workforce meets regulatory and internal compliance standards
Permissions & Access
Role-based permissions control which users can view or manage staff records
Sensitive data (e.g., contracts, thresholds) is accessible only to authorized roles
