Introduction

Overview

Nettware Business Cloud Software Suite offers functionality available through dedicated applications (app channerls) and organised in modules related to service management, financial transactions, contacts , property assets, stock & services inventory, reports and more.

Access to the applications and functionality in each module listed below is organised by user permissions and privileges. For convenience, user permissions are grouped in predefined Roles, which can be quickly applied to users and further modified.

The default list of Roles includes – Administrator, Manager, Editor, HR, Accounts and User.

The software comes bundled with list of standard web applications and more 3rd party apps or websites can be registered for access to the software through an API interface. Applications and website for access to API, can be added and configured under System → Channels.

An example set up for a tenant of the Nettware cloud platform is shown below:

  • company.nettware.app – this is where the main application resides

  • mobile.company.nettware.app – access for operatives on the field

  • portal.company.nettware.app – dedicated access for clients and suppliers

  • docs.company.nettware.app – a public domain, under which all documents are shared to with clients, suppliers and operatives.

In case of a dedicated domain is required, more tailor set up is also available - e.g. office.company.app, mobile.company.app, portal.company.app, etc.
