Create Sales Orders from Other Documents
Sales Orders can be generated directly from Sales Invoices, Work Orders, Sales Estimates or Work Quotes.
This helps maintain consistency, speeds up processing, and links all related records for easy tracking and reference.
Manage Shipments & Collections
Define how the products will be delivered or collected:
Shipment to one of the client’s addresses
Delivery to a job site or property, especially when linked to a Work Order
Collection from your business location by the client or a courier
Assign and manage delivery instructions, packaging info, and shipment methods within the order
Track Order Status
Monitor each Sales Order through various status stages (e.g., Pending, In Progress, Dispatched, Completed)
