Leave Management Features
Submit Leave Requests
Employees can request time off directly from their profile, specifying:Type of leave (e.g., annual leave, sick leave, unpaid, parental)
Dates and duration
Optional notes or supporting documentation
Leave Balance Tracking
Automatically checks against the employee’s available allowance to prevent overbooking.Calendar Integration
Approved leaves are reflected in the team calendar for better resource planning.
Approval Workflow
Leave requests are routed to the appropriate line manager or HR personnel for approval.
Approvers can:
Approve or reject requests with optional comments
View team-wide leave schedules before making a decision
Unauthorised Absence Tracking
HR or managers can record unauthorised absences directly in the system.
These entries are flagged separately and can be reviewed for disciplinary or payroll considerations.
