Each compliance entry can be configured with key attributes to support proper tracking and renewal management:
Document Details
Title and description of the compliance requirement
Associated cost or internal processing fee
Issuing authority or regulatory body (if applicable)
Validity & Expiry
Define the validity period of the document
Set expiration dates or renewal intervals to help trigger alerts or notifications when compliance is due
